Are these pieces new?
Yes. All items are showroom-new, straight from the sales floor of RP Ellis Fine Jewelry. These pieces come directly from the Estate of Richard P. Ellis and have never been previously owned.
Are sales final?
Yes. As estate items, all sales are final and pieces are sold as-is. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We’re happy to answer additional questions prior to checkout.
Can I get a ring or bracelet sized?
Absolutely. Custom sizing is available through a trusted partner jeweler. JD&Co. Jewelers in Tacoma, WA. Pricing varies by metal type and design complexity, and we coordinate the entire process for you. Custom bespoke designs can also be arrange. Reach out to us at info@rpelegacy.com for more details.
Do you offer insurance appraisals?
Yes. A formal insurance appraisal can be added at checkout for a small additional fee. Appraisals are completed by our trusted partner, Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance.
How does shipping work?
We offer insured, nationwide shipping on all items. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information and any required signature details. All shipments are fully insured until delivered.
What packaging do the pieces come in?
Every item ships in custom RP Ellis Fine Jewelry packaging. Gift wrapping is available upon request at no additional charge.
Can I view pieces in person?
Select items may be available for private viewing by appointment in Missoula, Montana. Please contact us to schedule. Email info@rpelegacy.com.
How do I know the gemstones are real?
Each gemstone meets the original quality, authenticity, and grading standards required for retail sale at RP Ellis Fine Jewelry.
Additional certifications (including GIA) can be arranged upon request for a fee.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to estate regulations, all items are final sale. We strongly encourage customers to request additional photos, videos, or measurements if needed before purchasing.
What if something is damaged during shipping?
Your piece ships fully insured for purchase price through our partner, Jewelers Mutual—trusted by jewelers nationwide for secure, specialty coverage.
